Elm Park is between Hornchurch and Rainham, built around the District line station and the shops on The Broadway. We cover the estate from Upper Rainham Road to South End Road and across towards Harrow Lodge Park.
Most of Elm Park was built as a planned estate in the 1930s. Many homes have been extended or had loft rooms added since, so the original board and wiring can be carrying far more than they were made for. Fuse box upgrades, fault finding and partial rewires are common here.
