Grays is Thurrock's main town and a short run down the A13 from our base. We cover the town centre round the High Street and the station, out to Little Thurrock, Chadwell St Mary and West Thurrock.
Near the centre there are Victorian and Edwardian terraces, many split into flats or let out. Further out it is mostly 1930s semis and post-war homes. That means plenty of EICRs for landlords, rewires on old wiring and fuse box upgrades.
The State Cinema is the building everyone knows, and Grays Beach Riverside Park sits on the Thames. Thameside Theatre is right in the middle of town.
